What are your standard delivery times and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders over £100, while a flat rate of £5.95 applies to orders below that threshold.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We offer a 14-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or custom-made lighting fixtures are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide comprehensive technical specifications for all our lighting products, we do not offer direct installation. We recommend hiring a qualified NICEIC registered electrician for all hardwired fixtures.
Can I see your products in person before purchasing?
Yes, we have showrooms in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Newcastle where you can view our curated collections and speak with our interior design consultants.
Are light bulbs included with my lamp or pendant purchase?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness, bulbs are generally sold separately unless stated otherwise in the product description.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement.
