At Cotterell & Co, we want you to be delighted with your home lighting and decor. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
